Step #7: Batch tag the files in five folders.
Pick five important folders. The files in these folders should have some commonality, which you can use to indicate keywords. In bulk, tag the files inside with three relevant keywords.
Tagging files one by one can be tedious, and it’s often not worth the effort.

Whenever you have a new shoot or a new project, tag all of the files in bulk with a handful of helpful keywords so they are searchable right away.
