What can PhotoShelter’s AI Assistant do?
The AI Assistant helps your team:
- Rename files in batches using your naming conventions
- Create galleries or folder structures from a calendar, spreadsheet, or list
- Clean up and standardize metadata across many assets
- Remove outdated or gendered language from metadata
- Sort assets using existing metadata
- Find and suggest assets based on specific criteria
- Answer questions about the library or gallery you are viewing
How does the AI Assistant work?
Type what you want to accomplish. The AI Assistant reads the context of the gallery or folder you are viewing and shows you its proposed changes.
Nothing changes until you review and approve the plan.
What can I ask the AI Assistant?
Write your request the same way you would explain the task to a coworker.
For example:
- Rename every file in this gallery using the date, event name, and a unique number
- Create a gallery for every event on this season’s calendar
- Remove gendered language from the metadata in this gallery
- Add each person’s name from the keywords to the Person Shown field
- Find duplicate galleries so we can keep one source of truth
