TrackTown USA Races Forward with PhotoShelter as Their DAM Solution
TrackTown USA has chosen PhotoShelter as their central hub for managing, distributing, and seamlessly collaborating on digital content.

TrackTown USA (TTUSA) is a premier host of world-class track and field events at Hayward Field at the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon. With a deep-rooted history in the sport, TTUSA partners with organizations such as USA Track & Field, World Athletics, and others to host major events like the recent U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Track & Field, the annual Prefontaine Classic, and the upcoming 2026 World Athletics U20 Championships.
TTUSA doesn’t just manage events—the organization boosts track and field’s online presence by showcasing historic facilities and athletes’ personal stories.
The small but mighty team working behind the scenes at TTUSA needed an efficient way to manage their growing archive of content.
“We work with so many talented photographers and videographers who deliver hundreds, if not thousands, of images and clips of each event that get shared with both athletes and to our growing online audience,” said TrackTown USA Chief Content Officer Karen Ramming. “It became apparent that a more streamlined workflow was needed to ensure these images and videos got the shine they deserve.”
Fulfilling Their Need for Speed with PhotoShelter
Now, finding assets for social media, marketing, and other projects will be faster and easier than ever. No more headaches from digging through endless folders.
“Creative content is such an important part of storytelling around the events we help host here at Hayward Field. PhotoShelter is going to significantly improve our team’s efficiency and workflow this upcoming season, allowing the incredible work captured by our photographers and videographers to be seen by a bigger audience than ever before.”
