UC Berkeley School of Law Boosts Collaboration via Education Marketing
UC Berkeley School of Law has selected PhotoShelter as their trusted digital asset management system and media archive.
Founded in the late 1800s, UC Berkeley School of Law has maintained a long-standing commitment to excellence as a leading institution for legal education.
With over 1000 students currently enrolled and the goal to attract more applications every year, managing their massive historical archive and delivering educational and engaging content to their audience is key to their success.
Before joining PhotoShelter, Laurie Frasier, UC Berkeley School of Law Creative Director, and her team, were using a combination of Box and Google Drive to store their files.
Laurie told us, “Over time, it became too unwieldy and complicated to find assets or photos easily. It wasn’t easy to manage access to the files either.”
Now, with PhotoShelter, Laurie’s creative team will be able to easily organize and manage access to their files. Plus, collaborating across campus will be a seamless process.
“We first learned about PhotoShelter through other teams on campus who were using it. We were impressed with the smart search functionality and good recommendations. With many of the larger schools and entities using PhotoShelter, we easily jumped on board.”

Adding the Law School to this group is a fantastic next step toward centralizing the entire school’s visual assets.”
